All payments (net of bank charges) are required to be paid by not later than 15^th March 2005 for an early registration fee and 15^th May 2005 for late registration fee by bank transfer or bank cheque in EUROS.

Written confirmation of the registration and hotel reservation will be sent only upon receipt of this form and payment.

Only the full pre-payment of registration fee guarantees your hotel reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

A refund of 80% of the prepayment will be made in case of written cancellations before May 1^st.  A refund of 50% will be made in case of cancellations after May 1^st, 2005.

The Nadur Local Council does not bear responsibility for luggage lost or other damages caused by events out of their control such as force-major circumstances like natural disasters, air companies’ strikes, etc.
